GuruOne Midi Processor is a little program (in this case VST plugin) that sits between you the composer and your sequencer/instrument. It allows you to alter the notes you are playing in unlimited ways. It has 16 parameters (four different types), each automatable. GOMP has a code grid, 40 x 100 scrollable It has a status line for showing information and errors. Each tab, or next grid column is equivalent to a logical code block. GOMP has the usual features of other programming languages such as if, then constructs, assignments, comparisons, functions but with GOMP it goes further, there are musical elements to the language. |
